Introducing Google Connector with Google Sheets Sync
We're thrilled to announce the release of an exciting new feature for RFIDLinked: the Google Connector with Google Sheets sync. This powerful addition streamlines data management by enabling seamless syncing of RFIDLinked files and RFID tag data with Google Sheets spreadsheets.
Explore Your Data Your Way
With RFIDLinked's Google Connector, you're not just syncing data—you're gaining control over how you view and organize it. When your data flows into the spreadsheet, it includes essential fields such as Tag Identified (TID), EPC (in hex format), Tag encoding type, GS1 Company Identifier, GS1 Product Identifier, and Serial Number.
But you also have the flexibility to rearrange, add, or remove columns according to your needs. Don't need a particular column? Simply delete it. Want to incorporate additional asset management data alongside your tags? Go ahead and add a column wherever it makes sense for you. With this level of flexibility, RFIDLinked's Google Connector empowers you to tailor your data presentation precisely to your preferences and requirements.
Simplify Integrations with Third-Party Systems
While RFIDLinked has a full-featured API for more complex situations, our Google Connector can simplify integrations with third-party systems that already connect with Google Sheets. With just a few clicks you can quickly keep your tag data synced with a Google Sheet, opening the door to quickly share data with any existing third-party systems that have Google Sheet integrations without the need for any extensive development work.

Setting a File to Sync with Google Sheets
Important Notes
When you create a Google Connector it will give RFIDLinked limited access to your Google Drive, only allowing it to access Files and Documents it creates itself.
Sync Frequency: Files set up to sync with Google Sheets will push changes into the Google Sheet approximately every 10 minutes, ensuring timely updates.
One-Way Sync: The sync process is one-way, with changes being pushed from RFIDLinked into the Google Sheet. Changes made directly in the Google Sheet will not be reflected in RFIDLinked.
With the introduction of Google Connector with Google Sheets sync, RFIDLinked empowers users with enhanced data management capabilities, simplifying workflows and driving efficiency. Get started today and experience the power of seamless integration firsthand!
Stay tuned for more updates and enhancements as we continue to evolve RFIDLinked to meet your needs.
